Get Involved
Give a morning a week. It changes a household.
Volunteers run our food distributions, sit beside residents in art workshops, and walk the streets of San Juan with our outreach team. Here is where you would fit.
Volunteer Opportunities
Four ways to serve
Community Outreach
Walk with our field team through San Juan neighborhoods distributing water, food, and hygiene kits, and helping residents connect to clinics and services.
Art Workshop Facilitation
Lead or assist painting, music, and craft sessions. Artists, music teachers, and art-therapy students are especially welcome; no clinical background is required to assist.
Event Support
Help run food distributions, community exhibitions, back-to-school drives, and storm-season preparedness days — setup, registration, logistics, and cleanup.
Administrative Assistance
Support intake records, donor thank-you letters, grant research, translation between Spanish and English, and bookkeeping assistance.

Tell us about yourself
Complete the form and a coordinator will reach out within three business days to arrange an orientation. Volunteers working directly with youth or shelter residents complete a short screening and a safeguarding briefing before their first shift.

Corporate & NGO Partnerships
Partner with a verified Puerto Rico non-profit
Local businesses collaborate with us in ways that fit how they already work. Restaurants and grocers contribute surplus food and cooking capacity for our meal service. Hardware and home suppliers underwrite repairs and shelter maintenance. Professional firms provide pro-bono accounting, legal, and translation support. Employers offer stipend placements and first jobs to program graduates, and organize team volunteering days around our distributions.
International donors, foundations, and NGOs fund specific programs — an art therapy cohort, a season of food distributions, a youth mentorship intake — and receive itemized reporting on how the restricted gift was applied, with participant outcome summaries and photographs where families have given consent.
